Near Westside Restoration and Preservation Society (NWRAPS) DBA/ Millikin Heights, Decatur’s historic original neighborhood, is a neighborhood association that operates as a 501 (c) 3 Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) focused on housing preservation and restoration across the City of Decatur. We are governed by a volunteer board.
Board Meetings are held at 5:30pm on the first Tuesday of the Month at Central Christian Church. All are welcome to attend.
